Exceptionally nice and perfect location to a huge mall. Plenty of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Retro rooms and generous-sized with extra large & comfortable beds and the bathroom plus a separate bath.

Amazing beds, Wi-Fi, a spacious closet, and a living room in the room. Central location along with large and sumptuous breakfasts...

Poolares could use something for the eye: plants. Lying umbrellas. It's only one at a time! Free Shuttle v Hotel to Terminal 21 is not only possible with one vehicle! This shuttle is a great relief. Windows available, daylight sparse. View of opposite wall.

Really had very lovely stay for a short visit. The location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to a market and convenience stores across the street.

Breakfast was not exciting. Where do these ratings come from?. Noise from the outside air conditioning.

Everything was actually great. Very good indian restaurant downstairs. And very good coffee too.

Central location, easy to reach on foot

It was all very good

Close to the city, shops, food, bars everything and transport, both taxis services and the underground rail. Ideal location for a relaxing city trip. I was also staying on the 9th floor which gave me perfect access the the gym and pool. There is also a great view of the city sky lights from the 9th level.

the only thing I didn't like was the noisy construction going on next door. they were concreting and erecting form work on a level just outside my room window. This noise would wake me up early in the morning.

Currently construction works next to the hotel making a lot of noise from 7 am until 8 p. Room not really clean.

A Wonderful Family Stay in Bangkok!

The spacious junior suite met all our needs, and the kids loved the swimming pool. We appreciated the friendly staff, especially during breakfast. Don't miss their complimentary tuk-tuk service for easy transport around the city!

Very large rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Five minutes walk from Sukhumvit in a dark quiet street (at night) and flooded after rain. Only choice after rain is to take the hotel tuktuk. But on the way back you can't take it, so you pay one or you wet your feet. Moreover, one day a towel was dirty (big spot of sh*t on it!).
